A: The current opening hours are Tue-Thu 11:00-18:00 & Fri-Sat 11:00-20:00
Q: What can I find in the DTR Store?
A: In the DTR Flagship Store you will find trading cards, sealed boxes, boosters, single cards and exclusive accessories from the areas of sports, Disney, Marvel, UFC, Pokemon and more .
Additionally, you can experience live breaks on site , exchange and sell cards, and become part of the DTR community .
Q: What are DTR's purchase prices for individual cards?
A: Since market prices, demand and condition are constantly changing, there is no fixed price list for the purchase of individual tickets.
The purchase will take place:

Group Breaks:
Q: What is a group break?
A: During a Group Break, you have the option to purchase teams or spots from a box containing trading cards. The boxes and the type of Group Break are selected and announced in advance.
Q: What types of group breaks are there?
A: At DTR – Dennis The Ripper, we offer various group break formats so that everyone can find the perfect break for themselves:
✅ Random Team / Random Spot – The teams or spots are assigned randomly.
✅ Pick Your Team – You choose your own team
✅ Pick Your Player – Focus on a specific player
✅ Random Letter – Assigned according to the first letter
✅ Pick Your Letter – You choose your desired letter
✅ Special breaks – e.g. E.g. character, movie, franchise or theme breaks

Q: Will I receive all the cards from the break by mail?
A: Yes, all the cards drawn for your spot will be sent to you.
Q: When will my Group Break tickets be sent?
A: The tickets from the Group Breaks are always handed over to DHL by us on Monday and sent to you.
Personal Boxes:
Q: When will my Personal Box be opened?
A: As soon as the next stream takes place, your Personal Box will be opened in the stream and sent out together with the cards from the Group Breaks on Monday.
Q: Can I have my Personal Box delivered to my home?
A: Of course, you can also have your Personal Box sent to you. However, please note that this option is not available for some boxes. In this case, we can only open the desired box for you during the stream, or you can only purchase the box exclusively from our store.
Q: When will my personal boxes be shipped?
A: Personal boxes for home delivery are shipped by us daily.
Prices:
Q: How are the prizes for each team in the PYT Break calculated?
A: Team prices are calculated based on the number of top players on the respective team. A key factor is whether the player is in their rookie year or a chase player.
Shipment:
Q: What are the shipping costs per order?
A: Shipping is free within the EU for orders over €250. If your order is below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. These are typically €6.99 per package to Germany. Shipping within the EU costs €14.99.
Q: If I have ordered multiple times, do I have to pay shipping costs multiple times?
A: If you're placing multiple orders and have already paid shipping costs, use the discount code "nofees" at checkout and you won't be charged shipping. Please only use the code if you've already paid shipping costs for an order that hasn't been shipped yet.
Q: How will my package be shipped?
A: We ship all standard orders as insured packages with insurance up to a value of €500. Should you wish to use a different option, please contact us in advance by email at info@dennistheripper.de.
Q: Which shipping provider will be used to send my shipment?
A: As a rule, we ship all our packages with DHL; exceptions only exist for express shipments or shipments to non-EU countries.
Filler:
Q: What is a filler?
A: A filler is a chance to get a spot or a team. It doesn't guarantee you'll participate in the group break.
Q: What types of fillers are there?
A: There are team fillers and percentage fillers.
Q: What is a team filler?
A: For example, in the case of team fillers, the team prize is divided by 10 fillers, and afterwards the named team or teams are randomly drawn from among the 10 fillers using random.org.
Q: What is a percentage filler?
A: The percentage filler shows you the percentage chance you have of getting a spot or a team. With a 10% filler, you have a 1/10 chance, whereas with a 25% filler, you have a 1/4 chance, and with a 50% filler, you even have a 1/2 chance of being in the break.
Q: What is a Mini?
A: Our Mini is the cheapest way to get a team or spot. It costs half the price of a Filler. If you win with your Mini, you're eligible to participate in the Filler draw. We usually have 10 Minis available, and 5 of them go into the Filler draw.
Q: Can you give an example of filler and miniatures?
A: The FC Bayern commercial costs €100 in the Group Break. We'll create 5 filler videos (5 x €10) and 10 mini videos (10 x €5) for the commercial. In the first round, we'll draw lots for the mini videos, and the top 5 of the 10 mini videos will qualify for the filler videos. Then, we'll draw lots for the 10 filler videos (5 filler videos and 5 mini video winners), and the winning team will get the team. If there are multiple winners, we'll decide in consultation with you, or based on the highest commercial value.

Q: What are Platinum Spots and how can I benefit from them?
A: You have the opportunity to support DTR as a channel member on YouTube and Twitch . For €9.99 (YouTube) & €4.99 Level 1 or €7.99 Level 2 per month (Twitch), you have the chance to win free spots weekly.
Q: How can I tell if there's a Platinum Spot during the break?
A: Our little piggy bank is visible on the break overview and shows you that a spot/team will be raffled off to the members during that break.
Q: How do I win a Platinum Spot?
A: Before each Group Break, the Platinum Spot is randomly drawn by Random.org and assigned to a Platinum piggy bank.
Q: How can I become a channel member on YouTube?
A: Attention! You need to be in the browser of your phone, tablet, or computer; it didn't work for me via the app. Go to the DTR YouTube channel . There, click the "Become a Member" button in the top right corner, and then you can choose whether you want to be a Platinum Piglet.
Q: How can I become a Twitch subscriber to benefit from the free spots?
A: You go to our Twitch channel and can subscribe there. Additionally, Twitch offers the option to use your Amazon Prime subscription for free and leave a free membership.

Q: Are the Group Breaks live and where can I watch them?
A: The Group Breaks take place live on Twitch & YouTube and can be watched in the Flagship Store or afterwards in Re-Live on Twitch & YouTube.
Q: Do I have to live in Germany to participate in DTR Group Breaks?
A: No, you don't have to. DTR ships to most countries in the world.
